Yes! We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual therapy sessions to clients across New Jersey, making therapy accessible from the comfort of your home or office.

Do you offer free consultations before starting therapy?

Yes — Iwe offer a free 15-minute phone or video consultation. This gives us a chance to talk about your needs, answer your questions, and see if we’re a good fit before scheduling a full intake session

What can I expect in the first (intake) session?

The intake session is our first full appointment, where we explore your background, current concerns, and goals for therapy. It’s also a time to begin building a therapeutic connection and collaborate on a plan that feels right for you.

How long is each therapy session?

Therapy sessions typically range from 45 minutes to 60 minutes, depending on your needs and the type of session. We'll find a rhythm that works best for you.

How often will we meet?

Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and consistency. Frequency can be adjusted based on your progress, preferences, and life circumstances.

What if I’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t help?

Where are you located?

We’re located at 100 Market Street, Clifton, NJ 07012.
Our office is designed to feel cozy, warm, and welcoming—a calming space where you can feel at ease the moment you walk in. We aim to make your experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible, whether you're coming in for your first session or continuing your therapy journey.

Virtual sessions are also available for clients throughout New Jersey.

What if I don’t feel a connection with the therapist I was matched with?

No problem at all—we completely understand. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and finding the right fit is an important part of the process. If you don’t feel a connection with your therapist after a session or two, you’re always welcome to reach out. We’ll gladly work with you to find another clinician who may be a better match for your needs and personality.

Think of it like finding the right pair of shoes—you may need to try a couple before finding the perfect fit. Your comfort and trust are essential to the work we do, and we’re here to support you in finding the therapist who feels right for you.

What if I’m in immediate danger or feel unsafe?

If you are in crisis or thinking about hurting yourself, please seek immediate help. Your safety is the top priority.
